Eric Stumberg, CEO of Tengo Internet, had a convicting experience when he realized that every business decision was a theological decision.

Every business decision is a theological decision.
About four years ago I was like, “Oh gosh, everything I do matters! How do we price to customers? Can we charge more than we should? How do we pay employees?”
It’s biblical. You can’t take someone’s full days labor and not pay them a full day’s wage. Right? So that goes into how you pay people.
When you have a good harvest, how do you share the harvest with everybody. It’s profits, and things like that, to which customers do we serve.
I just started submitting certain things to the Lord saying, “Huh. Gosh. What if the first number I look at is our cash every day? Or at the month, the sales? Or the profit?” Where your treasure is, your heart’s there too.
It was really convicting to go, “Gosh, it’s almost an idolatry, right?
